Sons of Anarchy (2008)

Correction: Gemma pushes the door open to allow Opie in, he pulls it shut. That's normally how hinged doors work. There is no mistake here whatsoever. What exactly, is facing out of the house?

"Facing out of the house" is exactly as it sounds, and what is seen, a door that opens outward. But the correction is correct. She never opens the door inward. It's a side or back door that opens out, unlike a front door that opens inwards.

To Be, Act 1 - S4-E13

Character mistake: The nurse that was helping the doctor tend to Clay has blood all over her gloves. As she leaves the room, she takes off one glove. No hospital anywhere would allow doctors or nurses to roam the hall with bloody gloves and hands. It's a health hazard.

Suggested correction: She leaves the room with both gloves on. Anyway, this can't be classed as a mistake because you don't see her at all after she goes through the door. She may have taken them off, off camera, as soon as she exited.

But a nurse wouldn't leave the room with them on, even if she took them off in the hall right away.

No doctor or nurse leaves the operating room with bloody gloves on! Come on.

Correction: Unless you can provide a specific example, I think you're misreading it. The doors have "DN" on them, which stands for "Diosa Norte." The font may just look like "in."

Falx Cerebri - S2-E6

Other mistake: Tara and Gemma are practising shooting. Tara is using a .38 which holds five rounds. She shoots all 5 rounds, then she shoots Ima's car 5 more times without reloading. (00:31:35)

Suggested correction: The barrel is open in her hand when she's shown then she fires at the car. One would assume the barrel is open to reload.

We hear Tara open the barrel when she and Gemma are watching Ima get out of the car and then it's a quick shot to her with the open barrel. There was no time to reload in that time.

The Mad King - S6-E5

Corrected entry: At the end of this episode, Tara is in bed with Abel and Thomas. Abel starts crying and Tara leaves the room with Thomas. The subtitle says "Thomas crying."

Correction: Abel is not the one who is crying. Abel was trying to sleep, although we do see him rub his face. It was in fact Thomas, the baby, crying. This is why Tara leaves the room in the first place, so Thomas's crying doesn't wake up Abel. We know it's Thomas crying because he cries at the very end too, when outside, and it's the same crying we heard earlier, with the subtitle "Thomas crying" once again.

Black Widower - S7-E1

Corrected entry: When Jax is driving him and Gemma back from the county jail, Jax holds Gemma's hand in the car. The position of the transmission shifter is in the forward position - 'Park', showing the car is on a trailer for filming. (00:20:10)

Correction: There is no way to tell the shifter is in 'Park' since only the top part is seen/showing. This is just a guess. Although, from the looks of the top of the shifter, being aligned with the steering wheel and not further over to the right, it looks to be in 'Drive'.

Pilot - S1-E1

Corrected entry: A BMW is towed to the shop with a buck (male deer) implanted through the windshield - the back half protrudes from the hole in the glass. An employee uses a chainsaw to remove the carcass in pieces. Later, the head of the buck is pulled from a box, and is seen to still have its sizable antlers. These antlers would not have remained attached as the head passed through the windshield - they would have snapped off. And even if they had not broken off, the windshield's damage would have been significantly different to account for the antlers passing through it.

johnrosa

Correction: I would hardly call the buck's antlers "sizable" (having only 4-points and being narrow). They certainly wouldn't have broken off, and you can see the buck's body is wider than the antlers, so the hole size and damage in the windshield is based on the body, not the antlers.
