Answer: Tony's tolerated Vito's homosexuality because as he said several times was because he was one of Tony's best earners. There wasn't one associate that liked Vito after vin set the record straight. They kept calling him a fanuk, excuse my spelling.

Question: I don't get why Bernadette got mad at Howard just because he didn't tell her about a couple of women he used to date. I don't also get why she started getting upset and running to her room just because of what Penny said. Can someone please explain them to me?
Chosen answer: She is upset at Howard not because he didn't tell her, but because he lied to her. He claimed to have told her about all the women he slept with but didn't mention many of them. She is mad at Penny because she thinks Penny betrayed her by setting her up with someone she didn't respect and expected them to fail.

Mission: Impossible (1996)
Question: I have a question about the CIA mission. The team are breaking into CIA HQ to get the NOC list, because Luther can't hack into the computer the list is held on, so Ethan has to physically be in the same room as the computer to get it. But if Luther is able to hack into the CIA's own security system to set off a fake fire alert in one of the areas, then why can't he hack the NOC list computer? It can't be that much harder considering how skilled he is.
Answer: It's not that it's difficult security, it's that there is no outside line connected to that computer. It's impossible to access from anywhere except that room because it's the only room that it has a connection to.
Answer: In the movie they mention it's a "stand alone" computer. Meaning that it has no network access (no internet/intranet/...) and can't be accessed from an other location. Which makes sense for a computer storing such sensitive information. The only way to get the data is to get on that computer physically inside the vault.

Question: Why did Penny lie to Leonard by saying Bernadette wants a prenup when it's her dad who wants a prenup, and why is she gossiping about it in the first place?
Chosen answer: She is simplifying the situation. Bernadette may not be the one insisting on the Pren, but she is going to ask Howard to sign one. She's gossiping because she likes to gossip.

American Psycho (2000)
Question: Did Patrick really kill anybody or was it all in his mind? He killed a homeless man but there's no news report about it on TV. He murders Paul but is told Paul is in London. He severely beat and bloodied two prostitutes but no cops show up to arrest him. He murders Elizabeth and Christie but when he goes back to the apartment later, it is empty and put up for sale.
Answer: The situation is intentionally left vague. The homeless man being murdered wouldn't necessarily make the news in the time (there were over 4000 murders in 1989-90 when the book and movie are set). He and his friends are so alike that they continually mistake each other for others. The prostitutes would likely be loathe to call the police because they might be arrested themselves and he would likely get off with a much better lawyer.

Answer: Homosexuality is despised in Mafia culture. Phil's extreme homophobia is causing issues because Tony is refusing to kill Vito, which is what's expected of him.
