Revealing mistake: As the sink with the fake tunnel is prepared, just before Newkirk goes over to set things up, you can see movement through a crack in the door. It's Schultz, Hochstetter, and Klink, waiting their cue to enter.

The Flame Grows Higher - S1-E31
Revealing mistake: As Hogan, Le Beau, and Newkirk help Schultz up the slope to the "forest fire", there is lumber stacked across a low spot in the top of the bank and covered with "snow" and grass. Probably meant as a path.

Revealing mistake: As Carter and Newkirk sit by the wall catching their breath, a seam can be seen running vertically where two wall sections meet behind them.

Revealing mistake: When the boys set the trash can on fire in front of Klink's office, there is a problem with the trash. While the rest of the waste paper burns down there is one piece hanging over the top edge that doesn't burn, even being in the midst of the flames on that side.

Revealing mistake: When Hochstetter goes to open the snowman, you can see the plug is a poorly disguised piece of wood, as well as the piece of metal around the opening in the snowman.

Revealing mistake: When the men are in ranks for roll call, it's snowing heavily. Given the pitch of the barracks' roofs, there shouldn't be any snow sticking. Therefore, if looked at closely, it can be seen that the "snow" on the roofs is painted in place.

Revealing mistake: As the scene opens, the camera starts on a shot of the guard tower's roof. As it pans left and down into the yard, over the hill on the left side of the shot you can see a modern crane structure and the corner of a building in the distance.

Revealing mistake: When the staff car enters the camp, you see a set of tire tracks leading up to, and stopping at, Klink's position. When the car comes in, it precisely follows the tracks, suggesting previous takes.
