Other mistake: After Johnny frees Reed from his containment bubble, Reed stretches himself out of it, and Johnny can be seen hovering above and behind him in the background. Despite being in the background, Johnny's left knee somehow appears in front of Reed's body. (00:19:03)

Other mistake: When the mutated octopus begins crawling out of the tank, the camera pans to the right, and you can see the animators drew parts of Reed and Johnny's legs and feet to resemble Thing, making Thing resemble a giant ball of rocks. (00:02:30)

Other mistake: When Puppet Master is accidentally thrown out the window, you can hear glass breaking. However, the window was opened, and he didn't touch any of the panes, so no sound of glass breaking should have been heard. (00:19:43)

Other mistake: When Johnny is pursuing the Puppet Master's helicopter, Puppet Master rotates the helicopter 90° in an evasive maneuver. You can see Puppet Master and Sue were not wearing seatbelts, so they both should have fallen out. (00:11:41)

Other mistake: When Puppet Master is making a clay figurine of Thing, the mold he uses doesn't have a Thing-shaped interior with which to make a detailed figurine. The figurine should have just looked like an undefined human-shaped figure. (00:15:20)
