It's hard to see but if you look at the black man in a white t-shirt and black trousers, when looking closer at the trousers you should be able to see the wire moving. (00:02:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Sasha says "I wish I had your spirit" to Kate when Kate is climbing up to open a door, you can see the reflection of the boom mike moving as Kate is climbing. (01:19:05)

Visible crew/equipment: At one point when everyone is escaping through the doors away from the moving wall, when Simon is the last one to climb through the door. When the door closes we can see a persons arm reflected in the door. That is an impossible position for any of the others to stand in, so it has to be a crew members arm. (00:22:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Nicole arrives at the hospital Jackie runs away hiding. When Nicole leaves we see Jackie looking through the door window. As he opens the door and leaves the room we can see a man just standing there. This for sure is no doctor of the hospital as he is wearing normal clothes. Also, why would he be standing there anyway? There has just been fired multiple shots. Wouldn't he be hiding? Also he isn't paying any attention to Jackie standing there. (00:49:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Fait is being chased through an alley, a motorbike jumps over some boxes and a van. We can see the ramp which the motorbike jumps from at least two times. First from an above shot when the motorbike jumps, and from inside a police car when it stops right in front of it. This ramp wasn't visible when Fait drove by. (01:04:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At the airport when Sona says to Ling "We may have a problem," we can see the movie crew reflected at least twice in her sunglasses before they enter the car. (00:18:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Oz gets home, Lazlo is sitting by his piano. When Lazlo gets up from the piano while saying "Your wife is in a safe," you can see a man's face reflected in the window to the left on the screen. It's not one of Lazlo's men, because they haven't entered the living room yet, and it can't be Oz's face, because he is sitting too far away from the window. (00:19:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When Preston returns to the Equilibrium after he has uncovered his window, there is a shot where the camera slowly moves from the front of the crowd to the back of the crowd. If you look at the backs of the people to the right you can see a shadow moving from someone in the film crew. (00:32:55)
