Continuity mistake: When Jake is sitting in the canteen eating nachos covered in chocolate sauce, on the table beside him is a bottle of chocolate sauce and a soda cup. In the next shot the sauce bottle has gone, then in the next shot it is back and the soda cup is now gone. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: When Haley is sitting on the couch she has a small piece of cupcake left, but as her father picks her up and puts her on his shoulders, she now has a whole cupcake missing just one bite. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When Trevor, Hannah and Sean are being pushed up in the T-Rex skull by the geyser, they are laying in the skull and you can see that there is harness rope that comes out from behind Trevor and Hannah's back (that they are laying on). But in the shot when they are pushed out the mountain by the geyser and reach their highest point (before they start falling back down to the ground again) there is no rope visible behind them or in the skull at all. In the following shot as they fall back down to the ground, the rope has reappeared. (01:17:35 - 01:18:20)

Continuity mistake: Trevor falls a short distance to the floor after Hannah cuts his harness ropes with a knife. After he hits the floor and the ropes fall onto him, between shots the ropes laying all over his body and face keep moving, disappearing and appearing. (00:26:40)

Continuity mistake: When Trevor is fighting off the carnivorous plants that are attacking him and holding Hannah hostage, in one shot we see him punch into the mouth of one plant, causing his hand to become entirely covered in a sticky goo. In the following shots however, the same hand is now clean. (01:01:55)

Continuity mistake: After trying to tidy up the lounge area, Trevor gives up and resorts to throwing a large blanket over the central table, which he grabs from the sofa. After he picks up the blanket, between shots the position of the items on the sofa changes and also a cushion appears from nowhere. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: Trevor is going over notes scribbled in Max's copy of the book on the airplane. As he talks to Sean about the notes and how he is trying to decipher the Sigurbjorn Asgeirsson notes, in the first few shots of these notes most of them are written in clear jet black ink, nice and new. But in the closeup as Sean runs his finger down the notes, the same writing is now differently written and the ink looks much more faded. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: When Trevor gets home from work and sits down in his lounge, between shots the sheets hanging over the chair he is sitting on change and items (such as a stack of books, newspaper, etc) suddenly appear on the radiator behind him. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: When Trevor is sitting at the table flipping through the copy of the 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' book he found in Max's box, his location in the book keeps drastically changing from shot to shot, from almost at the start of the book, to the back and to the middle, and so on. Visible crew/equipment: When Trevor is outside in the street greeting Sean as he sits in the car, Sean then gets out of the vehicle. As he gets out and stands by the car talking to Trevor, you can see a large white reflecting board reflected in the backseat door, behind Sean. (00:05:05)

Continuity mistake: As Trevor frantically cleans up his lounge area, he starts picking up plates and foil takeaway dishes, collects them all and places them on a shelf. But in the next shot all the plates/tins have suddenly appeared on the central table in the lounge. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: When Chief Hartley writes "Cici Cooper" on the chalkboard, between the closeup and wideshot of him writing, the handwriting and location of his writing dramatically changes, and the words "Maureen Evans" and "Phil Stevens" above, also change too. (00:41:20)

Continuity mistake: We see a nurse writing down "Yang, C" on the assignments board; note the handwriting. Later, when Burke notices that Christina's name is on the board, the handwriting of "Yang, C" is completely different and other minor writing differences are noticeable too. (00:27:55 - 00:33:45)

Continuity mistake: When Derek sits in the rocking chair in the room with the premature baby and then Addison starts listing their relationship options, the blanket hanging over the back of the rocking chair constantly changes position, evident by the green stripes on it. (00:31:50)

Continuity mistake: When Viktor is setting up the hotel room to make it look as if Simone has spent the night there, in one shot we see him writing "I Love you Vic" in lipstick on the bathroom mirror. However later, when reporter Max is inspecting the hotel room, the same mirror with the writing is seen; however the characteristics of the writing on the mirror are completely different. (00:40:25 - 00:44:55)

Continuity mistake: When Dave leaves his house for work, there is a skateboard leaning up against the wall by the door and there is an umbrella stand with a lot of umbrellas in it. But when Dave gets back home from work the skateboard is now on the other side of the door in the corner and there are now fewer umbrellas in the stand. (00:03:35 - 00:09:30)
