Corrected entry: All patients are required to remove their shoelaces when they arrive, but Bobby has shoelaces during the scene in the gym.
Correction: Bobby picks up the laced sneakers from the janitor Charlie who also lets them in to the gymnasium in exchange for pills. It is hard to see but he does hand them to him, as Bobby is not wearing anything on his feet.

Downton Abbey (2010)
Corrected entry: None of the characters age the number of years shown in the series. This is particularly noticeable in Lady Sybil who would have been 14 in the first episode, as Mary mentions that she is 21 near the end of season two, yet she does not look any older.
Correction: Sybil was born in 1896, making her 16 in 1912, the year of the first episode. It's not out of the question that she could have been more or less fully matured by then, or at least matured enough that there's not enough maturing left to be done between the ages of 16 and 21 to be noticeable.

Corrected entry: Sheldon mentions that he scores a double letter score with a triple word score. On the Words with Friends board, this is impossible.
Correction: That is totally possible when you play on a random board, which has the bonus squares in different places. I have played it with an opening word point total of over 225.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
Corrected entry: The design of the apartment is impossible. Penny's door is directly above the main exit door. We have seen the outside of the apartment and there is no overhang to accommodate all the apartments on the left side.
Correction: Not exactly true. Using scenes from S03E20 - The Spaghetti Catalyst as a reference. Penny's door is flush against the stairwell. Scenes from inside the building downstairs, shows the main door is a distance away from the stairwell (lets say 8-9 feet). During a scene from outside, we can see that there is an external part of the building outside. The outside wall of the plant trough is at least 6 feet away from the door. This equates to about 15 feet for the width of Penny's apartment.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010)
Corrected entry: When Snape arrives to the meeting with the Death Eaters, there are two empty chairs next to each other but from alternate angles it is clear that the chairs on either side of Snape are full.
Correction: When Snape first arrives there is only one empty chair, the second chair from the corner, to Voldemort's left. Both the first and third chairs are occupied in all shots.

Corrected entry: In one of the first office scenes, Abby obviously has a microphone taped to her chest. It is visible during several shots.
Correction: Being the producer of the show, she needs the microphone to interact with the anchors. This is why it is visible.
