Continuity: During Andy's daydream at the beginning of the film, Mr. Potato Head has an eye patch over his left eye. When the daydream cuts back to reality we see that Andy has removed Mr. Potato Head's left eye to symbolize the eye patch. But when Andy's mum comes in with the video camera, his left eye is suddenly back in.

Mistakes
In the scene where Woody is escaping from the daycare for the first time, we see him in a hallway hiding behind a no running yellow stand up sign. He is also at the hallway corner because we can see two women talking down the other side of the corner. He then proceeds down the hallway a couple of steps, he then seeing the janitor coming and immediately falls very close to that sign, Then from a bird eye view scene next, woody is now in the middle off the hallways and the sign is nowhere to be found as the janitor rolls over woody where the sign should be. Toy Story 3 mistakes
Deliberate "mistake": When the bear pulls Woody into the garbage bin after the other toys have crossed over, his hat is not pulled off when his body is squeezed under the lid when going down.
Continuity: When Woody and Co. accidentally configure Buzz to his Spanish setting, they remove two small screws from his back that fall onto the floor. But once Ham starts reading from the instruction manual, one of the screws that landed next to him has disappeared.
