Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace

Audio problem: When Anakin is working on his pod racer, a group of children walk over. They remark that he will never get it to work. As Seek (Oliver Walpole) says "come on, let's go and play ball", his mouth doesn't seem to line up with the word "ball." (00:48:14)

Other mistake: Darth Sidious orders the Droid army to kill all Gunguns in the battle in the field, but as the battle ends, the droids order all Gunguns to drop their weapons, and do not kill them. As robots, they should follow simple orders.

Revealing mistake: When Palpatine meets Amidala on Naboo in the crowded scene Anakin is different from the original actor. Seen in the whole scene with his profile and front shot. (02:05:54 - 02:06:24)

Continuity mistake: When Qui Gon is killed, he falls to the floor with his right arm on the floor. The next shot shows his left arm falling and his right arm on his chest. (01:55:05)

Revealing mistake: In the final celebratory parade/ceremony scene, sun/shadow angles vary drastically between shots and a variety of items (flags for example) cast no shadows at all.

Revealing mistake: In a few of the wider crowd shots during the pod-race, you can make out some oddities. In particular, if you look closely, you'll see the same group people copy/pasted over and over in different places and different configurations in the audience to make the crowds seem bigger. (Slow motion or pausing helps, but is not necessary.) This is actually a relatively common special effects trick to make crowds seem bigger.

Padme: Are you sure about this? Trusting our fate to a boy we hardly know? The Queen would not approve.
Qui-Gon Jinn: The Queen doesn't need to know.
Padme: Well I don't approve.

Question: When someone becomes a Sith, they take a different name, i.e. Palpatine becomes Darth Sidious, Count Dooku becomes Darth Tyranus, Anakin Skywalker becomes Darth Vader. Does anyone know Darth Maul's non-Sith name?

Answer: No. According to the official sources, Maul was trained in the Sith ways from a very early age - it's quite likely that he himself doesn't remember his original name. Even if he does remember it, it would mean nothing to him any more - the Sith and their ways are his life - and he certainly wouldn't answer to it. According to the non-canon novel "Darth Plagueis", Darth Maul was named "Maul" by his mother before she turned him over to a young Palpatine. He didn't take a new name when he got the title "Darth."
