Continuity: After S.H.I.E.L.D "borrows" Jane's research and Darcy says that they took her iPod, her hair can be seen blowing in the wind in the shots facing her left and not blowing in the shots facing her right.

Other: On one of the SHIELD monitors, "perimeter" is spelled "perimiter".

Continuity: When the Destroyer arrives amidst the Shield agents, a coffee cup sitting on the dash of one of the vehicles spills over. The next shot it can be seen lying on its side. The reverse angle shot then shows it upright again.

Continuity: At the end of the scene where everyone is trying to pull Mjolnir out of the crater, a SHIELD agent is seen pulling up in an SUV at the top of a hill about 50 yards away. Then when the shot changes to the view from where the SHIELD agent gets out of his SUV and is standing at the top the hill he is a 1/2 mile away or more.

Continuity: At the end when Loki goes to lock the Bifrost on Jotunheim, he's wearing his helmet and carrying Odin's staff. He slides the staff into the machinery to open the Bifrost and his helmet is gone. He freezes the electrical streams (with the staff in the middle of it), his helmet is back on. Thor comes in to stop him and he's got the staff back from inside the ice.

Continuity: The first time Jane, Darcy and Erik meet Thor, Jane says "Do me a favour and don't be dead. Please. Where did he come from?" But the second time we see them meet him, Darcy suddenly says "Woah, does he need CPR? Because I totally know CPR" right after Jane says "Do me a favour and don't be dead". Extended scene or not, Darcy's line was not there before and it makes no sense for it to be there now because Jane's line is still incomplete when she says it. On top of this, the word "Please" that Jane said earlier is completely gone.

Continuity: When Thor is trying to recover his hammer from SHIELD, he rolls around on the ground quite a bit and is completely covered in mud. As he is being taken away by the agents at the end of the scene, though, his shirt is clean.

Continuity: At the end when Loki goes to lock the Bifrost on Jotunheim, he's wearing his helmet. When he activates the Bifrost, his helmet is gone. In the next scene he is freezing the Bifrost controls and electrical arcs and his helmet is back on.

Continuity: When Thor and friends first arrive on Frost Giants realm, rocks tumble and create debris - which disappears between shots.

Continuity: When Thor is walking towards the Destroyer towards the end of the movie, the shadows of the Destroyer, buildings and cars change between shots. Also the Destroyer's height changes from being about 12 feet tall to 8 feet in those shots.
