Audio problem: In the Pevensies' treasure chamber, there is a giant rock on top of Peter's treasure chest. When he opens the chest, the sound of the rock hitting the ground is more like that of a small pebble.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008) - 22 mistakes
Directed by Andrew Adamson, starring Anna Popplewell, Ben Barnes, Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes, Warwick Davis, William Moseley (add more)
Continuity: When the Pevensies are outside their treasure chamber in Cair Paravel, Peter tears off a piece of his shirt to make a makeshift torch. A few shots later, once they're in the chamber, the missing piece has gotten bigger.
Continuity: When Miraz tells Glozelle to murder three of his men (right after Miraz and Sopespian are walking to their horses), Miraz's collar on his blue jacked repeatedly switches from folded down to straight up in consecutive shots.
Continuity: When Miraz talks to Dr. Cornelius about Susan's horn, he drives an arrow into a pile of parchment, and it sticks out slanted. A few shots later when Miraz talks to Lord Sopespian, the arrow sticks up straight.
Continuity: When Caspian confronts Miraz in the bedroom, he holds his sword with the point directly at Miraz's throat. But in one shot, the blade is closer to Miraz's beard than it is the rest of the scene.
Visible crew/equipment: When Caspian enters Miraz's room at night during the castle raid, there is one shot where Caspian is standing over Miraz in bed. The shadow of a camera is visible on Caspian's shoulder.
Revealing: When the Telmaries are building their war machines, there is a shot of a two-man saw being used to cut timber. There is no sawdust falling from either the saw blade or the wood itself.
Other: After the trees wake up when the General is saying that they can still win if they retreat to the river, in the background there is a catapult that picks up a rock and never goes high enough to throw the rock or drop it, but when it comes back down, the rock is missing.
Continuity: When the Pevensies enter their treasure chamber at Cair Paravel, they open the locked door by removing part of the rotten door around the lock. However, when the door swings inwards, the lock remains in the door itself, not in the frame of the door as it should.
Factual error: The underground train, at the end, has sliding doors. Sliding automatic doors weren't invented until 1954.
Continuity: During the duel between Miraz and Peter, when they call for a time out, Miraz is shown in the background walking back to his generals and stepping onto a raised area. A few seconds later, over Peter's shoulder, he again walks to the raised area and steps up (there's only one step).
Continuity: During the confrontation in Miraz's bedroom, Caspian's sword pricks his neck, drawing blood that starts running down his neck. The length of the blood trail changes from shot to shot: first it's down to his collarbone, then mid-neck, then back to the collarbone.
Plot hole: When Peter first dislocates his arm in the fight with Miraz, his arm is snapped backwards, away from the body. However, when Edmund later "relocates" it for him, he is still pushing it backwards, away from the body, which would just dislocate it even more.
Deliberate "mistake": When Peter and Miraz are fighting, Peter stabs Miraz and then brings the sword back up for the killing stroke. There is no blood on the sword. This is deliberate on the part of Disney, so as not to show blood, but a mistake nonetheless.
Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie, when Peter tears his shirt to make a torch, he tears it at the bottom, from left to right, from one end to the other, creating a long thin strand. However, the rip on his shirt is from his left (viewers right) to about the center of his shirt,in a more round shape.
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning of the movie, Lucy and Susan run across the street and go into the subway. As they're crossing the street you can see the camera boom's reflection on the back of the black car.
Other: As the Telmarines advance out of the woods, there is a shot in which the mounted troops ride through a gap in the foot soldiers, then turn to line up in front. It is clear that this is a second take because the grass where the horsemen are about to ride is already trampled.
Continuity: When Caspian is talking to the Badger and Dwarf in the cave, the Badger puts a bowl of soup (on a tray) on the table. The camera cuts to Caspian, and when it cuts back, the tray and soup are both gone.
Continuity: As the Pevensies hold hands in the train station about to be transported to Narnia, they see a beach appearing directly in front of them. Moments later in Narnia, that beach view is way off to their right side, and the view in front of them is a cave wall.
Continuity: When the Pevensies save Trumpkin and he starts complaining, from behind you can see his gag covering his beard, but from the front, his gag has been removed completely.
