Continuity: The shape and width of the scar on Stuntman Mike's face slightly varies between the scenes (from thin in the shot where he is pouring some eye drops into his eyes, to almost invisible during the scene at the parking lot in front of the shop in Lebanon, Tennessee, and wide during the final rush).

Trivia
The duck on the hood of Kurt Russell's ford charger is the same prop used on the hood of Kris Kristofferson truck in the 1978 film convoy. See more...
Deliberate "mistake": At the end of the movie, where the girls chase stuntman Mike, they drive the upper dusty road. When their car is shown front outside angle, there's a lot of dust rising from the camera crew's car. But when the camera angle gets into their car and shoots strait ahead - the dust is all gone, the air is perfectly clear.
Continuity: When Stuntman Mike is eating and talking to the blonde girl in the bar, he is holding a glass of club soda. When the shot reverses, he is wiping his hands, then when the shot returns, he is holding the club soda again.
Continuity: The damage on the white Dodge Challenger varies between the shots. The most obvious is the right side of the car. We can see the whole right side is scratched (in the shot, where Mike is pushing Dodge off the road for a while and it makes 360°). But only a few moments later it looks like brand new (in the shot where Abby ask him to leave them alone). Then it is scratched again (in the shot where Mike says that Zoe would fly), nice again (in the shot where Zoe gets in with the metal rod) and to the end of the chase scratched again.
Factual error: The second part of the movie is supposed to be located near Lebanon, TN, however, it is fairly obvious the terrain is Southern California. I realize that movie companies often use different locations to film than what they really are, but the landscape between CA and TN is vastly different.
