The Jungle Book (1967) - 4 mistakes
Deliberate "mistake": After Baloo and Bagheera escape from the monekys, they both have a black eye. However during their conversation by the water, between shots their black eyes vanish. [This is a Disney tradition, but still a mistake.]
Continuity: When all the elephants line up for inspection, Winifred is at the start of the line, and first for inspection. But in later shots, another elephant has suddenly appeared to her right.
Continuity: When Mogli finally gets to the man-village, and the girl drops the water vase, it rolls around and stops in front of him. The camera cuts off of it and onto him, and when it cuts back the vase is in a different spot than before.
