Continuity: When Whoopi Goldberg goes to the funeral, she sees Annie Potts. As the two of them are walking away afterwards, a man in a wheelchair is pushed by them, and he says hello to them by name. He then goes on ahead of them. Whoopi asks Potts who he is and he is one of the men listed on the frying pan, so she runs after him. This bit takes just a few seconds. His car is already pulling away, however and she misses him. But...the car was about 50 feet away, and he was in a wheelchair. How could his assistant get him to the car, then get him into the car, and stow his wheelchair in just a few seconds?

Terry: This is great. I'm down on the docks at 1:30 in the morning. I might as well pin a hundred dollar bill to my butt and scream "Victim here! Victim here!"
Jumping Jack Flash (1986) - 24 mistakes

Plot hole: When Terry gets back to her computer, after escaping from the spies and cops, the time is after 3 pm New York time. If Jack actually is in Russia or Eastern Europe, wouldn't he have already gone to, and been killed at, that 5 pm meeting?
Revealing: When Terry dismounts the bus, people on the street look over at the camera.
Visible crew/equipment: When Terry leaves her apartment, as she passes the shops, two crewmembers pushing the camera are reflected in the large windows, walking behind her.

Continuity: Terry writes: “I think I can handle it. I can try. Queen’s Anniversary Ball tonight. Think I can crash?” Yet in the next shot the line “I think I can handle it….” has gone.
Continuity: Terry types “Sure. Anything else?” in reply to Jack saying they should go to Orlando’s for dinner. In the next shot it says “Great. Anything else?”
Audio problem: When Terry enters the Queen’s Ball with another man, the man says to his wife “You’re getting very shrill,” yet his mouth isn’t in sync.
Continuity: After entering Jack's key code, Terry's monitor changes from an amber monochrome display to a 16-color display.
Continuity: When Terry finally meets Jack near the end, the orange toy horse on her computer top is down on its side. When they leave the terminal, the toy is upright.
Other: In the scene where Terry is at the computer, and Jim Belushi's character surprises her while pretending to be a Sperry repairman, they keep turning the monitor on and off. But the last time you hear a beep, which is supposed to be Terry turning off the monitor, her hand is nowhere near where the button would be. They obviously added the sound effect later.
Continuity: In the opening, a walking stick appears beside Terry’s Casablanca poster.
Continuity: When Terry plays “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” she throws her red overcoat to the floor. During following shots it vanishes and moves around, changes position etc.

Continuity: The magazine Sarah holds in the beauty spa room changes page/position.
Continuity: In the opening, the picture on calendar hanging by Terry’s bed changes.
