Continuity: Nick goes out of his office and to Bristol's desk. Bristol starts standing up. Camera angle changes to Nick then back to Bristol. He starts standing up again.

The Butterfly Effect 2 (2006) - 5 mistakes
Continuity: When the lorry hits the car at the start, the car in pushed out of the lorry path to the lorry's right. Camera cuts and it's the lorry's left, and the camera cuts again and it's back to the right.
Continuity: When the lorry is breaking, in some shots it is jack-knifing, and in others it's breaking straight and true.
Revealing: When the woman is taking the pictures at the start, the camera lense has got the cover over it.
Continuity: In the opening scenes where the are driving home and the right front tire goes flat. Just before the Big rig truck hits them you can see that the tire is not flat.
