Continuity: When Vanessa and Miyuki show Allison how to wear her school uniform cooly, the length of Allison's tie changes between shots before she rolls her skirt up higher, and how far pulled up her long white socks are differs as well, and also in following shots too.
Continuity: When Jake is told to take his soccer equipment and put it in his room, he takes it and sits on his bed, and shoves all the gear underneath his bed. In the next shot when Trish enters the room, half of the equipment is back out on the floor again.
Revealing: When Vanessa comes out of the girls shower and walks to her locker, in the back shot you can quite clearly make out the strapless bra she is wearing under her towel. Also, when she lifts her arm up you can briefly see the black material under the towel.
Visible crew/equipment: When the film relocates to Pasedena, California, the camera pans past a shelf full of photos, and the camera is reflected in most of them.
Continuity: When Eason is in his photography lab, he puts a photo into the liquid to develop. The photo then develops and we see the blurry image in the photo turn to ink. During this scene, the small clock timer beside the liquid bath changes position between shots.
Continuity: When Vanessa and Miyuki close Allison in the attic, to scare her, Vanessa takes out her camera phone, and holds it up ready to take a photo, but in the shots from over her shoulder, her arm is to her side, then when it switches back her arm is stretched out again, etc.
Continuity: When Trish pours the hot oil from the frying pan over Bill's head, and whacks him out of his chair using the frying pan, the knife and fork beside his plate get knocked across the mat, but in the next shot they lie perfectly beside the plate again, as Trish sits down.
Continuity: When Vanessa is sitting alone at the desk in the therapists office, she fiddles around with the two pens that are placed in the pen holder, moving them to a different angle. Then, through the rest of the scene, the angle at which the pens point changes repeatedly.
Continuity: When Vanessa runs out of the therapists office, she runs down the street to a public telephone box, and opens the glass screen door, leaving it open. But in the next overhead shot the door is now closed. You can tell this because Vanessa reflects onto the glass door.
Continuity: When Allison is alone in the therapists office, and gets scared, she jumps back, pushing the office chair away, which starts to spin around. In the next shot from Allison's view, the chair is still, but in the next shot the chair is still spinning.
Continuity: When Allison is in the therapists office alone, and her mobile begins to vibrate violently on the desk, the position of the phone changes, and in one shot the phone has almost reached the edge of the desk yet in the next shot it's further on the desk.
