Continuity: When Clark gets a text message from his mother, Gus is seen looking down wiping the dust off the pitcher mound with his foot. When it cuts to a wide shot Gus is now looking to his left at Clark.

The Benchwarmers (2006) - 10 mistakes
starring Jon Heder, Jon Lovitz, Rob Schneider (add more)
Continuity: In the scence where Gus, Richie and Clark are at Riches house drinking the Pepsi. You see Gus set down his pop, but in the next frame it is back in his hand, where he sets it down once again.
Other: In the final game of the movie, Jerry's Lumber is deliberately making errors to let Nelson score a run. In the shot where they show Marcus as the third base coach and Nelson rounds the base to go home, you can see that he never actually touches third base and cuts it off by a few feet.
Continuity: When you first see Howie in his little room Richie is holding a Diet Pepsi in his right hand, the shot changes and it's in his left and then the can is in his right again in the following shot.
Other: In the final game, after Gretchen has struck out for the first time, look carefully and you will see Nelson is running out of the dug-out like he is next to bat. Then in the next scene, suddenly it is Jarrett up to bat instead of Nelson.
Continuity: In the scene where the Benchwarmers are playing Karl's Auto Body and Gus is deciding to get Clark involved in the game, as the camera cuts back and forth between Gus and Clark you can see that the batter at the plate changes between cuts.
Continuity: When Gus heads to the bathroom at Mel's house he is carrying a bag of ice. The next shot of him, he is standing at the urinal and the bag of ice is sitting on the top left of the urinal. The next shot is from the top of the urinal, with Gus is still using it, and the bag of ice is gone.
Deliberate "mistake": The Benchwarmers originally had only three players, and then only one who could actually hit. Despite this, none of the (supposedly competent) little league coaches chose to simply walk all the players and force a forfeit.
Continuity: After game three, Mel states that Number 7 is covering Clark's paper route (so he did not leave town with the Benchwarmers). However, the next day, Number 7 is there in game four, when Carlos is playing, and says "Oh sh*t".
Continuity: In the scene where Gus goes to apologize to Marcus, the dwarf, when he runs into the dungeon he built, he closes the cardboard window, but in the next shot of his face it's open.
