Factual error: In the movie, Marcus is out of high school, probably in his late teens, early 20's. Going by 50 cent's age, this would probably put the movie back in the mid 90's. When he flashes back, he's younger, put it in the late 80's. Well, in one sequence when he's young, he's playing with friends and has on red and white low Air Jordan 2's on. These were not made in this color until 2004. Same in another sequence when he's talking to Majestic while eating fast food, he's wearing some white and green Air Jordan 4's, which also didn't come out til 2004, which in fact is when the movie was filmed.

Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2005) - 6 mistakes
Continuity: The white Mercedes had a sunroof in some shots, and not in others.
Revealing: When Majestic is discussing killing the police to Marcus, the shot of the Uptown station house has the same figure ascending its steps in both shots, revealing that one shot was used twice instead of actually using two separate shots of the same location.
Continuity: When Marcus and Majestic head over to view Levar's house with the cop car outside, the same scene of a man walking up the steps to Levar's house is shown twice: Once before they pull-up, and once after they pull-up.
Continuity: The shape and darkness of Marcus' moustache keeps changing. When he is visiting his friend in the hospital it is dark and full. In the next few scenes, it alternates between being darker and then barely there.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Marcus comes to the aid of his crew and pulls out a gun to back the Puerto Ricans off, a female production crew member, in the background, can be seen walking into frame. More specifically, in the shot where the Puerto Rican is backing up, the female production crew member comes into frame, looks at the camera and nonchelantly backs up out of the shot.
