After Peter tells Steve The Pirate he is not a pirate, Steve gets depressed and starts walking down the Las Vegas sidewalk. A truck drives by, yells something to Steve, and throws a cup. The man that threw the cup is in fact the director of "Dodgeball," Rawson Marshall Thurber.
When the $100,000 is presented, White says in Spanish, "Donde esta la biblioteca". This means, "Where is the library?"
One of the subplots of the movie is that White pursues Kate, who is repulsed by him, and the two end up arch-enemies. Hopefully this is not art imitating life, because Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor have been married since 2000 and have two kids.
