The Gathering (2002) - 12 mistakes

Continuity: When Cassie sits down at the table at the pub there is a menu lying next to her glass. When it cuts the menu has changed position.

Continuity: When Cassie finds Michael in the family library Simon comes in. Then Marion enters and Simon grabs Michael while Cassie runs her hand through her hair. When it cuts Simon grabs Michael again and Cassie's hand is no longer in her hair.

Continuity: When Marion and Michael are driving, before hitting Cassie, Michael's expression changes between shots inside and outside the car.

Continuity: At night when Cassie is awakened by the dog barking she walks against the window with her arms crossed. When it cuts to outside the window her arms are hanging down.

Continuity: When Cassie and Dan are at Argyle's house, as they are about to leave, Cassie tries to cover the book with a cloth. First we see Cassie cover the top of the book. When it cuts the top isn't covered anymore.

Continuity: At the dinner table Marion carries a bowl of salad and is about to put it down, it cuts and the bowl is on the table before Marion places it there.

Continuity: When Simon explains Cassie about what his job is about we can see Marion in the background cooking. Her hair is pulled back behind her ear. When it cuts her hair is hanging loose.

Continuity: When Simon pours wine to Cassie he barely fills the glass half full. When it cuts it's more than half full.

Continuity: In the beginning when the couple are walking uphill, as the girl is shouting for the boy, in one shot her arms are up, but when it cuts they are down.

Continuity: When Luke is explaining about Aristobulus to Simon, he sits down at the table. In the shot from behind his left hand is up on the table. When it cuts his hand is under the table.

Continuity: When Cassie is at Dan's place they are sitting by a fire place. In a close-up we see Cassie crossing her arms with her hands over her biceps. When it cuts her hands are under her biceps.

Continuity: When Christina Ricci is holding the book, in a shot over her shoulder she is turning it over to read what's written on the back cover. In the next shot from the front she is again looking at the front cover.
