Visible crew/equipment: When Bowen is in his saddle being pulled in the air by Draco, you can see the harness Dennis Quaid is wearing.

Trivia
The voice of King Arthur, speaking the old code to Bowen at Avalon, is Sir John Gielgud's. He was left out of the final credits, however. See more...
Dragonheart (1996) - 27 mistakes
Directed by Rob Cohen, starring David Thewlis, Dennis Quaid, Jason Isaacs (add more)
Continuity: When the evil King Einon goes to follow his mother into the passage to kill her with a spear, you can still see the back of him by the time you hear her death scream. His arm wasn't even in a position to thrust a spear at her.
Continuity: When Bowen first catches up to Draco under the waterfall, he is completely soaked as he stands there and talks to him. Draco takes off flying and Bowen goes after him on his horse and is now completely dry, hair and all.
Continuity: In the beginning of the film, the tooth that Bowen is holding after he kills the dragon changes shape twice. For example, when he holds it up when he sees Einon's men, it is shorter and thicker than the tooth he was holding when he walked out of the smoke.
Continuity: When the trap door slowly closes trapping Bowen and Einon in the basement to fight it out, the shot is reversed. In the top corner of the shot the flames of the fire are running backwards.
Revealing: When Bowen cuts the shackles of the rebellion leaders, the wood is pre-cut. You can see the line. Bowen just knocks the halves apart.
Continuity: During Bowen and Draco's last scene together, the light shining on them comes from the same light source, but their shadows overlap instead of merging.
Revealing: During Draco's first "attack" on the peasants, the downdraft of his wings doesn't affect the corn or the buildings.
Revealing: After Draco flees the cave, Bowen is seen riding his horse in the water after him. You can easily see that it isn't Dennis Quaid.
Continuity: Draco's teeth don't match from the shots of the model Bowen sits in to all the CGI shots.
Continuity: When Bowen throws his spear at Draco in the cave, he throws it on an arc and fairly slow. It hits Draco flying perfectly straight and faster than when Bowen threw it.
Continuity: When the monk first appears he is riding his mule writing about King Arthur in his book. He falls off the mule after the dragon flies over them and the book is nowhere to be seen.
Continuity: When Gilbert takes aim at the target, he loads up an arrow with black and white feathers. When he shoots the arrow, its feathers are completely white.
Revealing: When Bowen is chasing Draco through the forest on his horse, the trail widens when the view is switched from side to front. This was so the inexperienced Dennis Quaid could be shown riding from the front. You can see it is his horse double in the side shot.
Continuity: When Draco is pulling Bowen through the forest, you can see Bowen passing the same set of white birch trees several times.
Continuity: After Einon stabs Bowen in the river, there's blood on the point of his sword. In the next shot, the blood has disappeared.
Continuity: Bowen hands Kara a nearly complete melon in town, missing only the top. When she smashes it in his face in the next shot, it is down to half.
Continuity: When young Einon kneels down by his dying father, the position of his arms changes between the wide shot and the first close-up.
Continuity: When Bowen is dragged through the forest by Drago, we see him/stuntman hit a tree twice. Same shot, two different camera angles.
Factual error: When Kara is sitting up on the bed after Einon throws her down, you can see she is wearing a bra. They didn't have bras in Medieval England.
