Factual error: Cadence arrives for the wedding on a 727. Closer examination of the aircraft's livery reveals it is a Kitty Hawk Airlines aircraft. This would be fine were Cadence air freight, as Kitty Hawk is a cargo airline.

Visible crew/equipment: Right before the wedding Michelle is talking to Jim's father about her vows. Behind them on a table there is a mirror and you can see the arm of a crew member reflected in it several times.
Continuity: In the final scene, in the bathtub with Stifler's Mom, the amount of soap bubbles on Finch's head changes between shots.
Continuity: In the beginning, at the restaurant, Michelle's hair constantly changes during the conversation.
Continuity: In the first scene of the movie, when Jim and Michelle are in the restaurant, they show Michelle with her napkin folded flat on her lap. Later when Jim tries to get Michelle to find the ring the napkin is back on the table folded in the formal restaurant triangle.
Audio problem: When Stifler is driving his car away after he wrecked the flowers, he says, "Fu**ers, it's not my fault," but it's visible through the window that he's not saying anything.
Continuity: In the beginning, when Michelle goes underneath the table at the restaurant, Jim knocks the phone over to the middle of the table. Later on, when Jim's dad comes in, the phone is back on the end of the table without anyone touching it.
Continuity: When they are looking at flowers, Michelle's mother picks up some flowers and says, "Sahara and desert rose for your bridesmaid's bouquet," you can see one of the flowers change color in the following shot.
Continuity: When Stifler realizes that Jim is getting married, he has some cream on his face from the cake. In the next shot most of the cream is gone.
Continuity: In the dog sex scene, the little white dog is on Jim's leg. The camera cuts and now it's gone.
Continuity: When Jim, Finch and Kevin are talking in the bar near the start, the amount of beer in Jim's glass always changes.
Continuity: When they are looking at flowers and Stifler says "Double lisianthums.", Michelle's mother turns around facing him. When it cuts she is looking in the opposite direction.
Audio problem: In the bachelor party scene, when Michelle's dad notices the "mud" (chocolate topping) he says, "We are going to need a mop." Then Michelle's mother says, "I saw it in this closet" except that her mouth does not match up with the audio (it looks like she says "It's in here."
Audio problem: When Stifler is talking to Finch about how he is going to get with Cadence and does the nipple milking impression, during a good portion of the shot that is shooting over Stifler's shoulder to show Finch's face when Stifler is talking, watch Stifler's lips from the side: you can see they are moving out of sync with what we hear, it was obviously changed and dubbed over.
Continuity: During the bachelor party, the cop stripper rips open her top and shoves Michelle's mother's face into her chest. In the next shot the stripper's top is buttoned.
Factual error: The extractor fan shouldn't have sucked the hair into the kitchen, as extractor fans blow air from inside to outside.
Continuity: At the very start, the way the waiter holds the phone changes instantly.
Continuity: When Stifler has the "truffle" in his mouth, there is none over his teeth. Then there is loads all over his teeth instantly.
Continuity: When Stifler is in the linen closet it is completely dark. Finch and friend open the door and the closet is lit. After that they close the door, but the inside of the door remains lit. When the shot changes to the other side, the closet is completely dark again, without a source to light the inside of the door.
Continuity: When Stifler drives to the flower shop to get new roses, he sees the shop, slows the car, and comes to a stop while viewed from the side. The next shot is a frontal view of him sitting in the car green-screened, and all is good except that the car is moving again. The following shot then has a side view of the vehicle at a full stop.
