Factual error: Mason goes off a cliff, and catches a pine tree growing horizontally, straight out of the cliff. Unfortunately, that's not how they grow; as soon as pine trees successfully root, they grow toward the sun.

Factual error: Near the end of the film, the movie changes locations to Seattle. A skyline is shown and it is identified as Seattle. The city skyline that is shown is actually Philadelphia.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mason jumps into the river, as he's going down the rapids, you can see an orange device under the water.
