Continuity: When Spencer escapes from Hathaway, he is barefoot. But after Hathaway shoots at him (and kills a guard in the process), we can see Spencer is wearing a pair of beige socks. A few seconds later, as Spencer runs down a flight of stairs, he is barefoot again.
