Lilo & Stitch

Continuity mistake: When Nani pays for Stitch at the pound, on the wall there is a fire extinguisher, a sign that reads, "In case of fire", and two other notices, right beside the bulletin board with the "puppy love" poster. These items completely change their positions on the wall, depending on the angle of the shot.

Super Grover

Continuity mistake: When Nani is trying to drag Stitch out of the house, he scratches the door frame. These scratches disappear and reappear throughout the movie.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, when we see the chase between the two spaceships, the Captain is in a smaller ship that he looks to easily fit in. But when he is on the outside of the ship, the ship doesn't look that much bigger. The red ship was miles bigger than the yellow one and the Captain fits in the yellow one easily. The sizing is completely out.

Continuity mistake: When Lilo is taken away by the Captain Stitch scratchs the tube. The markings he made disappear and reappear repeatedly.

Continuity mistake: In one shot of Lilo in the spaceship near the end of the movie, her family picture disappears.

Continuity mistake: When Lilo shows Stitch her bedroom for the first time, we see a hula girl lamp on her bedside table. Then when Stitch is on the floor across the room, building "San Fransisco" out of books and toys he reaches over and drags the lamp toward him as if it had been on the floor beside him. Moments later the lamp is back on the table, and the mess is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Nani, Stitch and Lilo are at home passing from stairs to entrance, you can see the light switch close to the book shelf. When they reach the entrance, the light switch has gone.

Continuity mistake: During the "bedtime" scene, Stitch finds a picture of Lilo's family. Look toward the back of the room to the left of Lilo as she scolds Stitch by saying, "Be careful of that. You don't touch this. Don't ever touch it." You can see a lei hanging on the outer corner of a painting easel. Stitch then jumps down to the floor and attacks Lilo's doll, she scolds him and Stitch rolls up to the easel and proceeds to destroy the picture on it. You can see that the lei is no longer on the easel but is now hanging on the window behind Lilo, from which she removes it and places it around his neck.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Bubbles visits Nani's house for the second time, he first meets Stitch. Stitch, throws the book he's holding at Mr. Bubbles' head. Nani then grabs Stitch up in her arms and proceeds to apologize to Mr. Bubbles. Before she grabs him, Stitch was standing upright, just in front of and to the left of Nani. However, Nani reaches right in front of herself to grab Stitch. Nowhere does it show that Stitch moved. Also, when Nani picks Stitch up, she has him in her arms upside down, facing Mr. Bubbles. Since he was standing upright, facing Bubbles when Nani grabbed him, Stitch would not have ended up in that position.

Continuity mistake: When Nani is first seen in her room, we see an alarm clock reading 7:15 on her bed frame. A couple of shots later, when Lilo and Stitch present his trick, the clock doesn't read anything. It turned itself off.

Continuity mistake: When Stitch first presents himself to Lilo in the animal shelter, his left ear notch vanishes completely as he turns his ears.

Continuity mistake: When Lilo brings Stitch out to present him to Nani, in the Aloha dog home, the woman grabs Stitch while Nani backs away, holding Lilo. Stitch then walks over to Lilo, with the woman holding onto him, and the wooden door on the counter is wide open. However two shots later you can see in the background that the door is now down and closed. (00:23:35)

Question: In the scene where Nani is pulling nails out of the door frame because Lilo wants to be alone and Mr. Bubbles arrives, when Nani goes around the back (smashing a window and turning off Lilo's music) is Nani opening the presumably nailed shut door to let Mr. Bubbles in that he later yanks open and all the nails fall?

Answer: No she opens the back door for Mr. Bubbles - you see him later open the front door that is still nailed shut.
