Continuity: In the scene where Alec Baldwin and Demi Moore are in the car and he's threatening to run over her son, who is riding a bike in front of them, Alec swerves at the last minute, and Demi looks over her right shoulder and collapses in relief, but in the next shot, she's looking over her left shoulder, collapsed in relief.

Visible crew/equipment: When Annie is in the car with the Teacher and Rodney, there's a camera reflection in the rear window every time the camera is on Rodney.

Continuity: When Rodney comes to the Teacher's place in the rain his hair is drenched and stuck to his forehead. After a few steps into the room his hair is almost dry.

Continuity: When Annie smashes her atelier her ponytailed hair first turns loose, which would be OK, but then gets tied up again by itself.

Continuity: When Rodney is crashing into the gravel pit there is a large pond at the bottom where the care hits the ground. When the camera angle changes the pit seems to be totally dry.

Continuity: When Annie runs into Eddie in the supermarket and he asks her to meet the Teacher at 7.00 a.m. next morning, her hair switches between tucked behind her ear and hanging loose.

Continuity: When the Teacher breaks into Annie's house and checks one of her wooden box sculptures it's made of vertical boards. When camera angle changes while he looks around the box the boards are horizontal, like with all other box sculptures made by her.

Continuity: When Eddie comes to tell the Teacher that Louie Boffano wants to meet him his hair is combed straight back when seen from the front, but combed down when seen from the back.

Continuity: When the Teacher is going crazy behind the wheel and spots Oliver on his bike, Oliver is just taking a wide right turn. A second later, when the Teacher reaches this curve, Oliver is much too far ahead in a wide left turn.

Continuity: When Annie is driving her son home from the babysitter's at the beginning of the film, while she's driving the plaster on her second finger disappears and reappears as the shot changes.

Visible crew/equipment: When the Teacher shoots Boffano's son and his two henchmen the last victim is pulled up by a cable attached to his ankle.

Continuity: When Demi Moore is being interviewed in the small room by the police trying to help her get out of the situation with Alec Baldwin, one shot shows the door to the room opening, then as it changes shots the door is closed again. No one enters or exits the room.

Continuity: In one scene Alec Baldwin is scanning a picture of Demi Moore. In the next scene,when he prints out the picture, the picture is slightly different from the one he originally scanned.
