Comments made in brackets are corrections from other visitors. As such, any aggressive/abusive corrections (and I get quite a few) written as if they're comments I've made myself will be ignored. To submit your own corrections for mistakes, just click "make changes" when viewing mistakes, and click "correct entry". Some entries have "duplicated entry" after them - these are entries which were already listed on the main page, but were submitted again. I occasionally leave these online for a while, just in case they were moved in error, so don't worry about pointing them out to me.

Entry In the scene where Adam and his father are in the shed, after the father killed the sheriff, dad is seen wiping the blood off the blade. There is still some blood left on the blade as he moves forward to hang it up. When he does hang it up, the camera switches to a new shot and the blood that was left is now gone. [First, that's FENTON with his fater, NOT Adam. Second, it's dimly lit and there are many shadows...too hard to say the blood is gone, not just obscured.] Corrected by MovieGuy
Entry When Fenton digs the hole for the cellar, what does he do with all that dirt that was piled up around the hole. All of a sudden it's not there. [A hole that large would require you to move the dirt away from the site periodically. Otherwise you'd have an 8 foot hole with an 8 foot pile of dirt next to it.] Corrected by MovieGuy
Entry In the scene when Adam kills his brother at the typewriter, his brother is seen drinking straight out of a liquor bottle but when Adam goes to kill him, the bottle is sitting on the desk with the lid on. [Both scenes are flashbacks and the first one is the one Adam made up to fool the FBI agent. There are a great many differences between them.] Corrected by MovieGuy
Entry When the son kills the dad with the axe, he's seen swinging the axe at his belt level but then the dad is seen with the axe sticking out of his chest at an angle which could have only been done by someone taller than him. [Actually, the father is kneeling down. So when Fenton swings the axe, it is natural that it would hit the dad in the chest.]
