Factual error: While in the convenience store, watch the arcade screen the punks are playing, they are getting very excited about the game, however anyone who has played StreetFighter 2 will notice that they are merely looking at the demo version and even the words "insert coins" are displayed on the screen. Still, if it makes them happy...
Visible crew/equipment: When John Reynolds grabs his son from the clothing and the camera zooms in, you can see the shadow of a crew member in his left arm.
Continuity: At the Riverman's place, Julie grabs a piece of glass from his foot and stabs his left hand with it, later when she is finishing his transformation and stabs a knife in the same hand the hand don't show the glass wound at all.
Visible crew/equipment: When Julie and Curt enter the Facility in the shot showing them looking inside, in the right wall you can see a shadow of some crew member that starts to move away from the scene. [I saw it on the WS DVD version].
Revealing: In the scene where Curt asks the Riverman zombie to open the gate for them, Riverman's right arm has been blown off by a scientist, leaving him with only the robotic arm components. However, if you look you can see his real arm visible under the robotic one. This occurs in several shots during this scene.
