When Tommy is thrown through the mirror and lands in the pool, he completely submerges. Yet his hair is dry when he begins to swim. [Actually, it isn't. It is very wet the entire time he is in the water.]

At the end of the Christmas scene, the camera zooms in on little Tommy's eyes. They are brown. Next we see the face of the grown up Tommy. His eyes are now blue [Many people's eyes change color as they age.]
