Continuity: During "Eyesight to the Blind," The Preacher's guitar changes from a red Les Paul to a black Stratocaster. It's not blatantly obvious, but easy enough to spot without slow-mo.

Factual error: In the air raid scene at the beginning of the film, the burning car is a 1950s Ford Popular.

Continuity: In the Acid Queen number, Tina Turner falls onto the bed and the syringe halls off the pillow. When we go to a close-up on her face, we hear her nails cicking and the camera pans over to the pillow with the syringe back on the pillow as she is clicking her nails to it. How did that syringe get back there?
