When Axel arrives at the hospital he is wearing his watch on his right wrist, but when he walks into Bogomil's room to say hi to Jan the watch is on his left wrist. The same thing happens when Axel drives past the house with renovations, his watch is on his right wrist, but when he pulls into the driveway the watch is on his left wrist.
