It's raining on Christmas Eve in Minneapolis. That doesn't happen in Minnesota...ever. [This is absolutely not true! I live in the Minneapolis area and drove to my boyfriend's house 3 nights after Christmas Eve in pouring rain and didn't even need a jacket as it was about 45 degrees outside.]
In the beginning of the movie when Marissa Tomei is getting ready for her date, she is laying on the bed zipping her pants and then gets up with a cigarette in her hand. While on the bed though, she has both hands on her jeans without the cigarette. [If you look closely the cigarette is in her mouth when she flops down on the bed. After zipping her pants, she gets up and takes it out of her mouth.]
