When Van Damme's character comes home, his mother calls him Jean instead of his character's name. [She says "John, come here", not "Jean". John is her husband's name. You can check it with the subtitles on.]

When Luc Deveraux and Veronica Roberts are on the prison bus and Andrew Scott is chasing them on the truck/base of operations Andrew starts throwing hand grenades. Andrew throws one that lands inside the bus. Veronica has time to fumble around for it, pick it up, scream about it and throw it out of the window before it explodes.
