Plot hole: When Stan inflates himself, Michael asks, " How'd he do that?", implying that he doesn't know the rules of the Looney Tunes world. Since Michael was rolled into a ball by the aliens earlier in the film, this shouldn't be too much of a surprise.

Continuity: At the beginning of the game, the starting lineup for the Tune Squad is announced- Tazmanian Devil, Daffy Duck, Lola Bunny, Bugs Bunny, and Michael Jordan. But then a few minutes into the game, no one has called a time out nor have any of the players been replaced yet, and suddenly Porky Pig is on the court.

Continuity: When Bugs Bunny and Lola Bunny are playing one-on-one, there is a shot of Lola entering the free throw lane. Then in the next shot as she starts dribbling, she is suddenly standing outside the free throw lane, and then enters it again.

Deliberate "mistake": When the Looney Tunes are playing basketball against the aliens, if you look in the stands the same cartoon characters are in different places at the same time. This happens a lot.
