Factual error: Shortly before the EMP bomb is activated, the crate containing it is shown. "Diese Seite Oben" is painted on the box, which is a bad translation of "This side up." In Germany crates only use the word "oben" to indicate the upper side of a box.

Continuity mistake: In the first Avengers briefing with the Secretary, the shot has Tony Stark sitting in the back with a wedding ring on. The shot changes to another view and Tony is sitting in the same location, but is no longer wearing a wedding ring. This continues many times within the scene.
Bucky Barnes: [Webbed down after the Falcon got rid of Spider-Man.] You couldn't have done that earlier?
Sam Wilson: [Also webbed down.] I hate you.
Trivia: When the film was first announced, it was jokingly called "Captain America: Serpent Society" before its actual title was revealed a few minutes later.

Answer: In Captain America Winter Soldier, when Cap and Widow are in the military bunker that has the mind of Zola in it, some images flash across the screen that Cap can see. One of them actually shows links to Winter Soldier and Tony's parents. It's not concrete, but not too difficult to put together for Cap and he deduces things on his own. As well as his time talking with Bucky who does claim to remember them all.
