Factual error: It's not physically possible to remotely cause an elevator to fall to the bottom of the shaft. Even if the Heart somehow gained full control over the motor, there are emergency brakes on the elevator itself that engage if the elevator begins to reach an unsafe speed.
Deliberate mistake: Candy tells her radio listeners, "Our phone number is 201-5137." Assuming the radio station's reception extends beyond more than a small geographic area, an area code is needed for callers outside of the immediate area. Continuity mistake: Tree foliage is inconsistent, changing several times within the first minute (Fall-Winter-Summer-Fall-Summer). Tree foliage even varies with which side of the road is being shown, such as Winter leafless trees between houses on Liam's side but Summer green leaves on Breanna's passenger side of the car (followed by Winter leafless trees when they get to the bank's parking lot). The inconsistencies persist to the end, with Fall-Winter foliage in the aerial view but Summer at street level. (00:00:20 - 00:09:27)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the stampede, as the barriers fall, a woman can be seen falling with them. The camera cuts to an overhead view and she's no longer there as the crowd surges forward.
Factual error: Henk arrives in Moscow. The KGB gets a copy of his passport. In the next scene, a building can be seen, and a Trabant 601 drives through the shot (one light out). Trabant was East German made and widely exported on the Eastern Block but never to the Soviet Union. This car is definitely wrong there. (00:30:40)
Continuity mistake: Nancy places her black purse onto the counter. She pulls the black "Double D" out of her purse and sets it in front of Doug, then shoves it back into her purse. Continuity mistake: Before Francois writes on the whiteboard (dry-erase), the words at the top are not boxed-in (or underlined). After being boxed-in, the words are surrounded by more of an oval shape, then not highlighted at all - but the words on the third line are boxed-in, followed by being underlined 4 times, to not underlined, to being boxed-in again. Factual error: Kristin meets Lorenzo at the airport. He asks for her number, which she gives him. Later when he calls her, her Mafia family take the phone and smash it to pieces while she's talking. They give her a new burner phone. They say they did a background check on Lorenzo. How? The family never met him at the airport, the only time she saw him. Further, when they meet for dinner (how she found him is another mystery), she shows him a picture of her son on the phone. How did a photo get on her new phone?
Continuity mistake: When the girls are vandalising Jeff's house, when they're almost done, Josie and Isabel are in the van, almost kissing but then the bomb goes off. A second after the bomb, the van is empty and both girls are on the street.
Continuity mistake: The covered object (storage container or pet carrier?) is at an angle to and extends past Bob's desk, but is against the side of the desk when "Binky" the rabbit jumps onto it, as well as when Binky jumps from it onto the floor. (00:12:53 - 00:13:47)

Other mistake: In the movie, the mission takes place on the Space Shuttle Discovery. In the scene with the shuttle on the crawler, coming out of the Vehicle Assembly Building, Atlantis is pictured instead of Discovery. (01:39:48)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the video call, Emily's camera is aimed directly in front of a large branch/tree trunk that has fallen horizontally. As she scans the log-like branch, Sam's phone shows all upright trees. Even allowing for a reception delay, Sam's phone never shows the log. Continuity mistake: The front view of the desk shows a few neatly arranged and parallel piles of papers, but the view from the desk's chair shows the piles non-aligned and the highest pile (thick file folder) more askew than the others. None of the men are touching the papers. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: Alberto and Alan are walking along a flat road between rows of houses. Alan looks up the road to see where his father "disappears to" and the road ahead is composed of arches along an upgrade. Alan continues running, but not very far, and suddenly there are grades in front and back of him, but the road is flat in the distant (somewhat aerial) view. After Alan runs a little further, the road behind him is arched again. The topography changes too fast and frequently. (00:06:00 - 00:06:50)
