Other mistake: During the dinner Slowik reveals that his restaurant does not have nor serve bread of any kind. Towards the end of the movie Margot requests that he make her a cheeseburger, which he does. Where did the buns come from?
Suggested correction: I just watched through the scene. The chef never once says that the restaurant has no bread. He only states that the guests will not be getting bread as part of this specific meal plan. Furthermore, we actually see a plate of bread at the start of the course, the dude-bro customers ask for bread since they know the chef has it, the notecard specifically discusses the bread that was made at the restaurant but won't be served, and another customer actually even specifically notes that the restaurant is known for their high-quality bread. Every single indication is that the chef absolutely has bread and is simply withholding it due to the theme of his dinner that night.
Suggested correction: He didn't say they didn't have bread. He stated THEY wouldn't get bread for that evening, since it's a common man's staple, and they are not the common man. So, they get a breadless bread plate with nothing but dipping sauces.
Factual error: The teacher sends her pupils to the woods to collect chestnuts. Later we learn that the date when all this happened is May 30th. Chestnuts ripen in autumn, around September-October. (00:52:18 - 01:05:06)

Character mistake: After Dimitri put Leena's wrist bands on for her (through the door slot), Leena said, "I want to do something nice for you; you can come in." Dimitri agreed, and Leena pulled up a chair to stand on (to be his height) and caress his face/ hair. When Leena bent in to kiss him, she banged his head against the wall several times, killing him. As a "Saarne Instituute" security member, Dimitri should know not to get sexually involved with or trust a patient, especially the most dangerous one. (00:10:29 - 00:11:29)
Continuity mistake: RJ got into his van and drove parallel to the house, almost reaching the end (right side) of the house when he saw Pearl in front of him and stopped. When RJ got out of his van, it was parked near the beginning (left side) of the house that he had already driven past. Also, Pearl was standing in front of a fence, so it didn't make sense that RJ would be driving straight toward a dead-end. (00:57:07)

Continuity mistake: While driving to Harper's house, Jordan did not have the sun visor down, but it was down when she was backing up after she passed Harper's house, #237. The sun visor was not down when Jordan was going down the driveway to the house. (00:17:15)
Other mistake: When Tess says good night to Keith, the lights in the bedroom are on, but the switch is down (off position) but when she wakes up in the middle of the night, the lights are off and the switch is still down. We see a lamp on the same side as the switch but even if she turned it off manually, being plugged into that AC outlet would mean the lamp would probably be off based on the switch. If the switch was up in both shots, it would be different.
Continuity mistake: Laura's hair was (flipped) above her shoulders when she brought Cody to school. When she was in her car, her hair was much longer, going at least a couple or few inches down her back. Continuity mistake: When Harry wrapped Lily's ankle injury, there was bloody wrapping below the duct tape. When Karl asked to see Lily's leg, there was no blood showing on the material below the tape. Also, Harry did not completely cover the ankle injury with duct tape like he did to keep creatures from smelling the blood on Lily's stomach cut, questioning why the creatures could not smell the blood on Lily's ankle. Continuity mistake: Simi enters the bedroom and the upper half of the bedspread is smooth. Aunt Claudia is holding a book with both hands, so she is not touching the bed. Continuity mistake: The top of Brecken's head was close to (within a few inches of) the headboard before his mother brought the pillow. When his mother put the pillow over his face and the camera shifted to a right-side rear view, the upper part of the bed was raised about 45°. When Lang Dotrice (Brecken's father) arrived and sat on his bed, the pillow used to smother Brecken was at least a foot away from the headboard and Brecken's head (still under the pillow) was about a yard away from the headboard. Continuity mistake: When Joey is talking to Voight about the puzzle box and Voight tells him to "Keep going," pay attention. It's kind of hard to notice, but if you look closely, in the over-the-shoulder shot facing Joey, you can tell that Voight is standing straight, facing Joey before it cuts. When it cuts to the opposite angle, suddenly Voight's body has rotated about 90° (to his right).
Revealing mistake: Luke points a flashlight along the side of the staircase, but no shadows are produced on the wall from the vertical posts. Luke points the flashlight in front of himself and produces his shadow on the wall behind (and the shadow doesn't look like the way he is holding the flashlight). After Luke goes through the entryway aiming his flashlight ahead, a circle of light is behind him. The power is out, so the flashlight is the only light source - except that used for filming in the dark. (01:03:00 - 01:05:25)
Revealing mistake: A white truck could be seen in Tamra's rear window, following her car at varying distances. After Tamra hit Randall on his bike, the white truck was still there but gone when the camera returned to a front view of Tamra.
