Continuity mistake: When Sister Irene's habit is ripped at the back, you can see a bra strap on her left shoulder which disappears when she is seen at the front and when the camera is closer to her back (when she has the pentagram carved into her).
Continuity mistake: During the getaway in the 4-door olive-green BMW, in one shot, the driver's headrest is bent forward; in the next shot, it is shown back in the straight-up position.
Continuity mistake: Jimmy Silva's Hk416 has one surefire M300 scout light on the right hand rail (3 o'clock) throughout the movie, but when he enters the apartment complex he all of a sudden has two flashlights on both left and right rails (9 and 3 o'clock). Continuity mistake: When Ana and Christian are having sex on the dining room table, she drops Christian's pants below his butt. Scene cuts and Christian's back is shown, with his pants above his butt. Then cuts back and they're below again. (00:54:40 - 00:56:50)
Continuity mistake: When McCall is about to have the fight in the hotel room, the man who answers the door goes and locks the door right before the fight begins. When McCall is done with the fight, he turns the doorknob and walks out without ever unlocking the door.
Continuity mistake: When she is in the boat she takes off her blindfold entirely, but after some talking the blindfold is around her neck all of a sudden.
Continuity mistake: After Elizabeth drives her motorbike off the peer, across the frozen lake and stops while she looks back at the police, the Ducati suddenly has different tires than earlier in the escape sequence. (00:25:55 - 00:27:05)
Continuity mistake: When Newt is straddling Thomas with a knife pointed down at his upper left chest, it's very obvious that the knife goes into his chest, through Thomas' shirt. A few minutes later, when Thomas is kneeling over Newt, after Newt stabs himself in the chest, the stab hole in Thomas' shirt is no longer there and he isn't bleeding. (01:50:45)

Continuity mistake: Spoiler alert: At the end of the movie "Rose" stabs "Miles." We see her pull out the knife and it looks like a Rambo-type hunting knife. After she stabs him, we see the knife covered in blood but it is a different type of knife. It looks more like a skinning knife or filet knife.
Continuity mistake: While Casey and Morris are video calling, Casey is holding the iPad perfectly and then suddenly it turns upside-down in a later shot. (00:13:35 - 00:14:42)

Continuity mistake: When Nick Cage and the woman get to her place and start to make out, he takes her bra off, leaving her bare chested as he fondles her. It cuts to a different angle as they are kissing and suddenly her bra is back on again, only to be gone in the following shot.
Continuity mistake: The mayor suffers a bleeding head wound while evacuating City Hall. Several scenes later he is shown with no wound at all. Not even his hair is mussed. (00:40:30 - 00:46:30)
Continuity mistake: When Specs makes the bad joke about the "Winneba-ghost," Tucker goes from looking forward at Elise to looking sideways at Specs instantly between cuts. Then, in the very next shot, Specs goes from looking at Ted to looking at Tucker and Elise instantly between cuts.
Continuity mistake: The children sink into the grain when they fall into the silo however when the monster stands atop the door they are hiding underneath, they don't sink in.
Continuity mistake: The Stalker, "Shrike," is a persistent hunter, but not terribly quick on his feet. He's sort of a lurching, Frankenstein-like cyborg who is always pursuing Hester Shaw at about walking speed. When Valentine frees Shrike from Sharkmoor prison, miles out to sea, we see Valentine in his airship destroying the prison and we see Shrike's prison cell sink to the sea floor. This cuts to a long distance shot of the prison exploding and sinking in the far background, miles away, as Valentine's airship comes sweeping from the far background into the foreground and out of frame. Almost immediately, Shrike emerges from the surf in the foreground and slowly trudges ashore, implying that he somehow travelled miles across the sea floor just as swiftly as did the airship, in a matter of moments, despite his slow, lumbering gait. Continuity mistake: After they get into the hotel and Waikiki is wheeling his brother in a chair, his hand is on the back and his thumb is sticking up in the air. The Nurse gives him a shot and it jump cuts to a close up, and suddenly his thumb is down. (00:09:30)
