Factual error: The bad guys attach over a pound of Semtex to the hull of the First Lady's yacht. When it explodes, the blast shatters the windows in a house a mile away, yet apparently doesn't impact the hull. Even as the vessel burns for 5 minutes, there is no discernible list.
Audio problem: When trying to steel the BET, Serpentor fllies in close and Duke grabs onto his glider. The sounds of TIE Fighters are used for Serpentor's glider. You can even hear Darth Vader breathing for a moment. (00:15:45)
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film, the soldiers are filling sand bags with mud. Beletsky, whose hands and forearms are covered in wet mud, puts down his sandbag and takes out a photo of his girlfriend. Factual error: In the farmhouse bedroom scene, the lead character wakes up and a close up shot of the alarm clock shows it is 5AM. Full sunlight is coming through the window, and an exterior shot shows the sun shining on the house and hay bales. The narrative lead-in just explained that it is early October on a farm near Dallas, Texas. The earliest sunrise occurs near Dallas in October is 6:40AM. (00:04:00)
Revealing mistake: A bunch of seedy individuals are gathered, weapons in hand. Unbeknownst to them, though, deadly ninjas are creeping by, with all the speed of fast-forwarded footage. The problem, besides how obvious the trick is, is that it also features a visible jump cut; you can see the foliage change position literally from one frame to the other during the same shot. Continuity mistake: When the pirates swears the oath to kill Dragon Mao, they drip blood on one of the pirate's hand. The blood stains on his hand differ between the shots. (00:02:50)
Revealing mistake: The principal apprehends the two younger and bigger guys at once (and for some reason they don't gang up on him and kick his butt). The other guys in the Chevy decide to get back in and drive away. You can already see on the dirt the path they will follow, which is logical for the bit in reverse but not so much for the part when they turn left and go forward, which is not how the car could arrive to that point. And when later the car circles around, it moves also on a path that was not showing in the first shot. (00:11:50)
Revealing mistake: When the two Asian-American men are hanged upside down and shot on the tummy, they don't move, revealing they've been replaced by dummies. (00:03:20)
