In one scene of the film, Rommel is shown wearing a swastika pin. Rommel was not a member of the Nazi party and refused to wear any Nazi insignia, instead he wore the traditional Prussian Iron Cross.
2 Waterloo

The Prussians are shown as wearing black with the Death's Head logo. In fact they wore dark blue. The uniforms shown were worn by Brunswickers who fought with Wellington.
3 M*A*S*H

Near the end of the film, there is a football game played between the rival MASH units. Although the game is supposed to be taking place in a remote location of Korea in 1951, late model 1960's automobiles can be seen driving on a nearby highway as the game progresses. This gave away the fact that the football scenes were shot at a university in Southern California.
4 Kelly's Heroes

Clint Eastwood drives his jeep up to Telly Savalas who asks where Eastwood has been. Shot changes to over Savalas' shoulder, and look at Eastwood. At the rear of the jeep, immediately behind Eastwood and in the middle of dozens of fatigue clad GIs, a crew member in a button-down striped shirt fiddles with something for a few seconds before glancing up at Savalas and then walking out of the frame.
5 Cromwell

Sir Thomas Fairfax was in overall command of the New Model Army not Cromwell. He was in charge of the cavalry on the left wing (the Ironsides).
6 Start the Revolution Without Me

About 3/4 of the way through the film a boat arrives at the left quay of the Seine. Looking west down the river with Notre Dame on the right of the scene you can see a tour bus cross the bridge.
7 The Railway Children

About 3/4 through the film, which is supposedly set in the 1900s, there's an exterior shot of Jenny Agutter (as Roberta) talking to William Mervyn (as "the old gentleman").  Over Mervyn's shoulder can be seen a white delivery van driving rather fast along a road on the other side of the valley from where the filming took place (this is very obvious in the wide-screen version but less noticeable in the pan-and-scan TV version).
8 Count Yorga, Vampire

When Erica eats the cat the telephone is on its side, then the right way up.
9 R.P.M.

In the scene where Luke has stolen the Jaguar from the old rich guy, there is a part where Luke drives the Jag up the wall of the tunnel and lands it on top of a truck. It is obvious that the car that goes up the wall isn't even real, it looks more like a Matchbox or Hotwheels car....
10 Tora! Tora! Tora!

During the attack a parked US plane is blown up and the prop goes cartwheeling off along the runway. Not wishing to waste a perfectly good explosion the director filmed this from several different angles and used the same explosion several times. You can easily see the prop each time.
11 House of Dark Shadows

At the very end, a bat flying out of the mist toward the camera was intended to imply that Barnabas had taken bat form and could thus be around for a sequel. But through the haze, Barnabas can still be seen lying on the floor when the bat flies past.
12 Husbands

In the final scene (shot outside), one can clearly see the boom mic enter the top of the frame when Cassavetes's character is talking.
13 Little Big Man

During the Little Bighorn massacre one of Custer's lieutenants turns to address Custer and is struck in the back with an arrow, and the thick pad or board is visible under the actor's shirt.
14 There Was a Crooked Man...

When Paris has his private meeting with Woodward, he's smoking a cigar and you can see smoke rising all around him. The camera angle changes to a wide shot and all of the cigar smoke is gone.
15 Scrooge

The wires holding up Jacob Marley's floating lock box and chains are visible.
16 Rabbit Run

Near the end of the movie, James Caan is jogging west across the Penn St. bridge in Reading, PA. He is then immediately seen jogging north on 11th St., several miles and in the opposite direction of where he was just running.
17 Taste the Blood of Dracula

The lock on Secker's front door, seen in the shot when he returns home from Highgate Cemetery, is a modern (stainless steel) Yale lock and barrel, not a High Victorian dead lock; his front gate is made of paper-thin iron from the 1960's; the lamp post Screen Left is supposedly gas-powered but has an electric feed running over the pavement.
18 Catch-22

When 1st Lt. Milo Minderbinder has the egg in his hand and is explaining the profits that can be made, the egg is suddenly gone as he begins walking away.
19 Brewster McCloud

When Brewster is flying around in the Astro-Dome at the end of the movie, in a close up you can see the cables attached to him for a good second or so.
20 Carry On Up the Jungle

22 Which Way To The Front?

When the mayor's wife attempts suicide by stuffing herself with pills, she is lying behind a sofa, only her arm and the pill bottle being visible as she pours the contents into her mouth. In the next shot (a close-up), however, the crown of her head is visible, and it is evident that she pours the pills over the top of her head.
23 Scars of Dracula

Paul enters the castle in Dracula's coach. When he gets out of the coach and walks around a bit, the coach with the horses has suddenly disappeared.
24 Five Easy Pieces

In the scene where Jack Nicholson finds the piano on the back of the moving truck, he uncovers it and tosses the tarp on the side of the truck. Over the next few shots, the tarp disappears and then reappears draped over the side of the truck. As well, the shots of Billy Green Bush taken from outside the vehicle show his hands gesticulating wildly, while the shots from inside the vehicle, from over his right shoulder, show his right hand calmly positioned on the upper right part of the wheel. This scene also contains a magically appearing chair. When Jack first finds the piano, he has to lean over to play, but a few shots later, he is seated comfortably on a straight-backed kitchen chair.
25 Rio Lobo

When the bad guy winds up to throw the dynamite into the cantina, McNally puts a round through his brisket, and he falls to the ground clutching his belly. He weakly tosses the dynamite, then stumbles back behind the adobe, now clutching his right shoulder.
26 The Vampire Lovers

A Nineteenth century social occasion is taking place at a mansion in the evening. The lead female vampires servant arrives by horse in front of the mansion and in the background you can see some modern tennis courts with metal gates and fences. The nets have been removed but the appearance of the courts can still be seen.
27 Puppet on a Chain
