Opera House Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E22
Other mistake: In the flashback with the sulphuric acid bottle dropping on Fuyuko, the bottle has still the cap on, making the incident as it is shown impossible. It should also be noted that there's a shattered glass noise, but in the previous episode we saw the bottle was perfectly intact on the floor and was even reused for a murder (although how could the culprit be in possession of it is a mystery - it's the same one since the stain on the label is identical). Other mistake: When the women are practicing their archery skills, one of the women says "I wonder why Lady Yun is absent today." But the captions add an extra N to the name Yun, misspelling the name as Lady Yunn. (00:15:41)

Other mistake: Right before Nikki gets captured, the Rangers are blasted by the monster, causing big explosions right in front of her, but somehow she doesn't even notice this.
Other mistake: In the sequence with Love Delux destroying the hotdog stand, notice that the sign is crudely drawn and does not resemble the look of the stand. It even says "Hot DOC" (00:06:30)
Other mistake: McKay and Jackson enters a room and runs into 2 armored figures, Jackson eventually reveals that they are empty suits, however in every shot shot from behind the suits, the suits are constantly moving, as if they are hanging on strings.
Other mistake: When Rebecca is telling Dorn about Etienne's death, she explains that his room was right above the garage and after the explosion she "tried to go in, but the room was gone." Yet at the end of the episode when Louis goes into Etienne's room, it is fully intact, including pictures taped to the wall.
Other mistake: Two Tiffs can be seen for a few seconds when King Dedede and Escargoon drive in.
