Episode #2.6 - S2-E6
Factual error: Tommy's warrant is signed by the 'Minister of the Empire'. There was no such post. The Colonial Secretary dealt with the British Empire.
Character mistake: Ada is listed on the portraits of The Company officers as Mrs Ada Shelby. She is actually Mrs Ada Thorne.
Factual error: Lord Stamfordham has a paper before him headed 'London Constabulary Police'. There was no such thing.
Factual error: Polly refers to Ada's soon to be born child as "the colour of a Hollywood Oscar." The first time that the statue was referred to as an Oscar was in 1939, so Polly saying that was 10 years too early.
Episode #2.1 - S2-E1
Factual error: Tommy refers to London at the south end of the Grand Union canal. However, the Grand Union in 1921/22 was what is now the Leicester branch. The Grand Union as it is known now was an amalgamation of 7 canals in 1929.
Black Shirt - S6-E2
Factual error: Sir Oswald Mosley is shown sitting in Parliament in 1933. He actually never sat as an MP after 1931.
Factual error: Throughout the show bottles of liquor have sprout dispensers attached to them. Sprout dispensers were not invented until the 1960s.
Episode #2.2 - S2-E2
Factual error: Tommy tells Churchill that he served at Verdun and several of Churchill's assistants say that they did too. There were no British troops at Verdun. It was a battle between the French and the Germans.
Episode #3.6 - S3-E6
Factual error: The locomotive used to pull the train is a LMS Black 5. This class of locomotive was not built until 1934, 10 years after the year this episode is set in. (00:32:25 - 00:32:55)
Episode #3.1 - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: At the wedding, Arthur leaves the table looking for Tommy and Grace, leaving his suit jacket. The next scene, he appears at Tommy's door wearing the jacket. (00:14:20 - 00:15:30)
Episode #3.2 - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: John and Polly are talking in his office. He is wearing a ring on his left hand, then a few seconds later he is not.
Other mistake: There are multiple spelling mistakes in the sub-titles: Saltley is spelled Saltely, Balsall Heath is spelled Basall Heath, and Changretta in Italian would be Ciangretta.
Factual error: Filter cigarettes didn't appear before 1935, but here everyone seems to be smoking them.
Factual error: Mosley is portrayed as forming the British Union of Fascists in 1929 or 1930. In fact, he formed the New Party in 1931. The party failed to win any seats in the 1931 general election (with Mosley himself losing his seat) and Mosley then formed the British Union of Fascists in 1932.

Visible crew/equipment: While Tommy is making a toast at the dining table, a boom mic can be seen at the top of the frame for a brief second. (00:19:30)
