Mistake Deliberate "mistake": "The Creature's Revenge" (Adventure 3, Part 5): The 2-inch heels on Sapphire's bright blue boots disappear and reappear repeatedly. They're most often missing in the scenes she appears in with Steel, presumably so that her height won't exceed his.

Mistake Continuity: "Railway Station" (Adventure 2, Part 4): Steel's crooked bow tie straightens itself out between takes as he's confronting the soldier's ghost.

Mistake Visible crew/equipment: "Service Station" (Adventure 6, Part 2): When Johnny Jack sits down at the cafe table, the shadow of a crew member's moving hand is visible on the shoulder and sleeve of his big gray coat.

Mistake Continuity: "Dr. McDee Must Die" (Adventure 5, Part 5):Three of the dinner guests leave the dining room together - through a door that we saw Steel lock just a few moments before.

Mistake Revealing: "Dr. McDee Must Die" (Adventure 5, Part 3): When the champagne glass shatters in front of Sapphire, you can see the mini explosive charge used to break it. It lands on the table among the glass shards.

Mistake Revealing: "Railway Station" (Adventure 2, Part 3): Steel orders Tulley to light all of the abandoned station's lamps with matches. But after the lamps are lit, they give off a steady illumination and don't flicker. It's obvious that they all have electric bulbs in them.

Mistake Revealing: "The Creature's Revenge" (Adventure 3, Part 2): This apartment building has unbelievably clean elevator cables. Steel takes off his coat and then ties a knot in the cable - without getting a single grease smudge on his hands or his pristine white shirt.

Mistake Continuity: "Service Station" (Adventure 6, Part 2): After the 1940s couple arrives at the diner, the tomato-shaped condiment dish keeps migrating to different spots on their table, even though no one is ever seen touching it.
