Proteus: Part 2 - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: At the very end of the previous episode after Proteus had messed with Wolverine's sense of reality, Wolverine is shown whimpering in an open area. When Wolverine is shown at the beginning of this episode still whimpering, he has suddenly moved next to a treeline. Given the state of shock he was in, it's doubtful he would have gotten up and moved. (00:02:00)

Proteus: Part 1 - S4-E4

Continuity mistake: During Xavier's flashback, Jean Grey goes from wearing her current (as of the show's broadcast) uniform while training in the Danger Room to her original "Marvel Girl" uniform when Amelia is leaving the mansion. Additionally, when Xavier is talking to Amelia in the Danger Room's control room, he is in his usual hoverchair, yet when Amelia is leaving the mansion, he is in a regular wheelchair. (00:05:25)

Courage - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: When Morph and Wolverine are fleeing the facility, Morph's hands are colored yellow. It's as if the animators thought he was supposed to be wearing gloves but his fingernails are still visible. (00:06:45)

One Man's Worth: Part 1 - S4-E1

Continuity mistake: When Bishop and Shard first appear in the alternate present timeline, they appear right next to the doorway of the infirmary where Wolverine, Storm and others are taking refuge. When the shot changes to Bishop stating that they have arrived too late, he and Shard are suddenly several yards away from the doorway. (00:07:20)

Slave Island - S1-E7

Plot hole: After Storm's attempt to escape the Genoshan prison is thwarted, she ends up in the ocean right at the shoreline of the beach, where she is captured by a Sentinel. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense for a Sentinel to be hiding in the ocean in the event that a mutant tries to escape the prison, there is absolutely no way that a two-story tall robot could hide in the ocean right by the beach, as the water would be way too shallow. You can even see that the water level only goes up to the Sentinel's ankle area when it is standing upright in the ocean. (00:03:15)

Suggested correction: Perception. (1) The Sentinel isn't as close as it appears. If it were close, then she would have been caught in its waves as it emerges. Also, she would be looking only at its chest circle. It's several yards away. (2) She washes ashore. She fell from the sky. She couldn't have fallen from that great height into shallow water without hitting bottom. (3) It's also a two-story tall robot. Its weight would sink it into the sand. So it could have very well been down that deep.

Red Dawn - S2-E4

Question: Does anyone know what the Russian writing says on the wall behind Omega Red when he is standing at the podium and talking about the return of the Soviet Union? (00:15:08)

Phaneron

Chosen answer: It says MPO "First Exemplary Printing House" which is a real printing company in Russia founded by Ivan Dmitrievich Sytin in 1889. There seems to be something about "named after..." as well.
