Visible crew/equipment: When the Demon Headmaster is travelling by helicopter to 10 Downing Street at one point there is a close-up shot of his face and you can see a square light screen reflected in his glasses. There's no excuse for this since he's supposed to be high in the air. (00:21:23)

Visible crew/equipment: When the automated forklift goes to place Harvey on a shelf the boom microphone drops briefly into the top of the shot above the kid's heads (just after Lloyd says "It thinks your a pack of spaghetti. It's putting you with the rest"). (00:15:34)

Revealing mistake: When the automated forklift picks up Harvey and places him on a shelf you can see the wires of the harness he is attached to coming from behind each of his shoulders. (00:15:28)

Visible crew/equipment: When Dinah is admitted into the building she walks through a doorway into a dark room. If you watch when she passes through the door you can see a male crew member wearing a white T-shirt reflected in the metal that lines the doorway. (00:14:34)

Visible crew/equipment: When the assembly is dismissed and children are leaving the hall the camera moves to follow Dinah. As it does so the camera's shadow is cast on a couple of the students it passes. (00:23:12)

Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the episode when Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey are walking to school you can see a man and a woman stood at the end of their driveway watching filming. (00:19:28)

Other mistake: After the Demon Headmaster has been drenched in goo on the TV show Eddy Hair ends the show and there is a shot of the children shouting his catchphrase, in this shot you can see Eddy's cameraman crouched on the floor at the bottom of the stairs looking injured and holding his arm. There's no explanation as to why. (00:20:49)
