When the Bandit first drives the Trans Am out of the trailer, the front license plate is easily seen, and it has 2 basic designs on it. The right side of the plate (about 3/5s of it) has a confederate flag on it, and the remaining left side of the plate has a light blue background with a white circular logo in it (the Georgia State Seal?). When Bandit wipes out the row of mailboxes along the side of the highway, the license plate is upside-down.
