Continuity mistake: In the Black Castle, when the croc appears outside the gate on the rock, we see in the left corner of the screen the children in the boat with Wendy standing up, next shot is of them all jumping to the side of the boat looking out over the water to the croc, the very next instance, when the croc is climbing down off the rock, the children are now back in their original positions again in the boat. Continuity mistake: When Wendy says, "But...this is yours.", Hook pulls her up by her arm onto her knees and her hair goes from being straight down over her right ear, to the next shot, when it is again tucked behind her ear as it appears throughout most of the film. (01:29:20)

Continuity mistake: In the scene right after Pan has fallen, the same pirate grabs Wendy twice, once right after Hook takes Pan by the throat and once after he hits Pan on the head with his hook. (01:27:50)
