Continuity mistake: In Part 2 - Witwatersrand, when Sean Courtney is taking part in a bare-knuckles fighting championship, one of his opponents is introduced as Tim Curtis (who later goes on to work for Sean), yet when Sean asks Curtis to inform people that the wedding is off later in the story, his name has changed to Martin. (UK 1997 PAN edition).

Continuity mistake: When Helen Grace is in the retired GP's house choosing which apple she will eventually stuff in to her victim's mouth, her hand wavers over one apple, but instead chooses another. At the end when we see a flashback of that scene, she picks up the first apple she was originally going for.

Continuity mistake: In 'The Frog's Legacy' (1987), Del & Rodney learnt the story of Freddy The Frog for the first time - neither of them had ever heard of him before (Aunt Irene explains to Del who Freddy was. She mentions both 'Freddy The Frog' and his real name 'Frederick Robdal'. Del has heard of neither of these names). Yet in 'Sleepless in Peckham', it would seem that Del had known Freddy since he was 15. He even went on their first Jolly Boys' Outing with the rest of the gang.
