Factual error: When escaping with Ray Carter in Mongolia, the Angels drive a truck across a bridge and encounter a tank. The tank used is an old U.S. Army M48 or M60 with a red star painted on the turret - not likely to be found in Mongolia.

Factual error: All of the jeeps used by American forces are of post-war design - most probably CJ-3 (M38) models - recognisable by their one-piece windscreens. Some of them have been modified to somewhat resemble the WW2 model by moving the spare wheel to the rear, but most of them still have the spare fitted to the side further identifying them as post-war models.

Factual error: A modern (1950s) motorcar is seen parked behind the Mosquito aircraft after they have had their special bombs loaded and the crew are just about to board prior to taking off on the mission.

Factual error: When the first Mosquito aircraft crashes during training the two RAF officers watching from the ground get in their vehicle to rush to the crash scene. The vehicle they get into is a post-war (first designed in 1948) Land-Rover.
