Continuity mistake: When the Rangers find Uncle Howard tied to the bombs, Howard asks "Did he tell you about the bomb?" then we see the clock counting down from 18 seconds. A few seconds later, Billy is being encouraged to deactivate the bomb. We get another view of the clock with Billy's hand trying to deactivate it, and the clock is counting down from 18 seconds again. (00:11:55)

Continuity mistake: After Brian finds the note Alf left, we see William put the note under the microscope to inspect the tear drops. When William says "I'm going to go find him," he stands up and we see him leave the note on the microscope. Continuity mistake: When the turtles are watching April interview Prof. Jordon Perry on TV, Leonardo throws the TV Guide, which lands on the table behind Michelangelo with nothing on it. After Raphael complains about Michelangelo chewing the candy bar loudly, he stands up and not only has the TV Guide changed positions, it's now lying on top of another dark object that wasn't there before. Continuity mistake: After Berta tells Charlie he owes her $74 for groceries, she walks to the table and says 'funny story' with Charlie facing the coffee machine with his head facing towards it. When the camera cuts to another angle, Charlies head is all of a sudden in a different position with no time to have made the move. (00:01:50)

Bad News from the Clinic - S2-E5

Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, Alan and Charlie are at the table talking about the woman Charlie is seeing. When Alan asks "at a leisurely pace or if you were developmentally challenged?", Alan is picking up a glass about to take a drink. In the next cut from behind Alan, he is now eating a fry. After Charlie says "Aren't you clever? Bite me", Alan has the glass back in his hand.

Continuity mistake: When Becky is starting to stir the chocolate milk at the table when her dad is talking to her about not making the team, her right hand is on the spoon in the glass stirring. When her dad sits down and says "Hey, Beck", the camera cuts to a behind shot of Becky at the table and her hand is off the spoon and now on the table. Then when the camera cuts to another shot, Becky has her hand back on the spoon and eventually she removes it.

Continuity mistake: When Jon is identifying the type of motorcycle that's in the video his partner asks him about, Jon is putting on his helmet. When the camera cuts to the other side of Jon after his partner asks "How could you know? You haven't seen it", Jon's hands are in a different position. (00:29:35)

The Trouble with Shellshock - S1-E22

Character mistake: About halfway through the episode, we see Billy, Zack and Kimberly are frozen because of Shell-shock. Towards the end when Jason and Tommy are in the Zords fighting Shell-shock, the Yellow Ranger comes running with the flowers that unfreeze the Rangers and Zords. The Yellow Ranger yells "Jason, Billy, I have the Diandra flower!" She should have yelled Tommy's name instead of Billy since we know Billy is frozen and that Tommy is the one helping Jason fight Shell-shock.

Character mistake: In the flashback of Mr. Mac Fist hitting Roger in the eye, the fist hits Roger in his right eye. Once the flashback ends and goes back to the present Keenan and Kel, Keenan says "My dad couldn't see out of his left eye for 2 weeks."

Continuity mistake: During Jake's and Charlies argument about when Mia called, the reindeer hat that Charlie takes off Jake's head changes places and disappears during cuts.

Continuity mistake: When Kyle slides a $10 bill into the ticket booth, the $10 bill is shown lying left to right. After a couple of cuts to where the ticket taker is saying "But this is such an important film..." the $10 bill has changed positions. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: When Richard and Tommy are trying to sell brake pads and Tommy eventually catches the model car on fire, Tommy eventually sets a blue model car on a pad of paper where a couple of things happen. First, when Tommy says "I CAN'T STOP!" the right front tire on the blue model is all of a sudden bent outward. After Tommy destroys and catches the other model on fire, not only does the tire fix itself, but the car changes positions on the pad of paper numerous times.

Continuity mistake: After Alan takes Judith's "Harper's" doormat, Alan and Charlie go to the bar where Alan breaks the neck off the giraffe. The pieces of the giraffe change spots multiple times throughout cuts from Charlie and Alan.

Running Scared - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: After Trevor shows Kate and Willie the house for sale sign, Alf is in the kitchen talking into a tape recorder about being blackmailed. There are soda cans to Alf's right next to the recorder and one can of root beer on its side just above the recorder. When it cuts to Kate and Willie walking into the kitchen, the downed can has been moved, and the red can of cola is gone. After Kate says "And it wasn't my mother, either", there's a close up of Alf and the cans are back. (00:04:25 - 00:07:05)

Visible crew/equipment: After Christian Slater pulls up in the red car at the golf resort while Billie and Lloyd are arguing about stealing a car, Billie is eventually chased by cops. After Billie and the cops go through the wooden gate/fence, Billie is seen running down the street. While the camera is panning over to show Billie running from the in-car view, you can see the lens hood of the camera in the outside mirror.

The War Against Gingivitis - S9-E18

Continuity mistake: At the beginning after Waldon's ex-wife video calls Waldon about Billy, Waldon goes outside to the balcony and screams. When Waldon screams, there's a cut to Alan by the sink where he also screams, breaks a plate and drops a green towel on the floor. The next cut after Alan, is Waldon coming back inside and Alan asking "Are you all right?" Look in the background and the green towel is all of a sudden folded and hanging on the side of the sink.
